Shelton to be Tried Again.				
. 
   The case of the City of Cochran against F. 
W. Shelton, which was appealed to the city 
council, was tried in open council Tuesday 
evening. The mayors decision being reversed, 
the case of disorderly conduct was dismissed. 
Immediately after the trial,
  Shelton was rearrested under different 
charges, and upon furnishing sufficient bond, 
was released pending hearing in mayor’s court 
next Monday.
