F. W. Shelton	Tried Again

  Col. M. H. Boyer, of Hawkinsville, 
was here Monday and defended F. W. 
Shelton in a case before Mayor Wynne. 
Mr. Shelton was charged with the 
storing of intoxicating liquors for 
illegal purposes. He was fined fifty 
dollars. The case was appealed to the 
Council and will be tried Tuesday
