Carroll Dies at Home J.B. Carroll, carpenter, died at his residence, 30 Hydrolia street, at 3:30pm Thursday after an illness of 10 days. Mr. Carroll was born in Laurens County April 3,1897, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Carroll, and had made his home in Macon for 21 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Addie Bell Thompson from Bacon county; two daughters, Mattie Laura and Virginia Carroll; four sons, Jewel, Dolfus, Morris Lee and Ovie Joe Carroll all of Macon; his parents Macon; two brothers, Joe Carroll nd John K. Carroll, Macon; four sisters, Mrs. W.O. Dye, Macon' Mrs. Tessie Duckworth, Athens; Miss Else Inez Carroll, Macon; Mrs. Mattie Endfinger, Andalusia, Al. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Hart's mortuary. Services Set Today For J.B. Carroll Funeral services for J.B. Carroll carpenter, who died at his residence, 30 Hydrolia Street, Thursday afternoon, after an illness of ten days, will be held at the Bethany church, near Cochran at 2pm Saturday. Burial will be in the Bethany cemetery. Mr. Carroll was born in Laurens County had made his home in Macon since 1919.
