Deceased Name: C.B. Churchwell, Sr.  
 
-COCHRAN - Services for Mr. C.B. Churchwell, Sr., 93, who died Tuesday will be
held Thursday at 11A.M. in the New Life Church of God. Burial will be in the
Cedar Hill Cemetery. -Mr. Churchwell was a life long resident of Bleckley
County. He was a farmer and a member of the New Life Church of God. -Survivors
are his wife, Lillie Jewel Churchwell, Cochran; four sons, C.B. (Orene)
Churchwell, Jr., Clifford (Doris) Churchwell, James R. "Doc" (Helen) Churchwell
and Donnie (Delores) Churchwell, all of Cochran; four daughters, Christine
(Dennard) Tucker, Betty (Lee) Arnold, Peggy Parten and Patricia (Charlie)
Phillips, all of Cochran; twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-six
great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. -The family will be at the
Churchwell residence, Rt. 1, JacArts Road, off Macon Highway and will greet
friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M., Wednesday, at Mathis Funeral Home.
