Her husband William T. "Tommie" Faulk is also buried there. Macon Telegraph Mrs. W. Tommy Faulk Cochran. Funeral services for Mrs. W. Tommy Faulk, 55 of Cochran, who died Friday in a Macon hospital, will be held Sunday at 3 pm at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. The Rev. Gerald Fordam and the Rev. Robert E. Kea will officate, and burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Faulk was the former Minnie Sapp, daughter of Mrs. Silla R. Howell Sapp and the late Alice T. Sapp. She was a lifelong resident of Bleckley County and a member of Lucy Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include her husbnad, Tommy Faulk of Cochran; one son, Allen Faulk of Cochran; one daughter, Mrs. Wiley Hulett of Centerville; her mother, Mrs. Silla Sapp of Cochran; four brothers, C.M. Sapp, Allen Sapp, John Sapp, and W.C. Sapp, all of Cochran; and three grandchildren. The body will be at Fisher Funeral Home until 2 pm Sunday and will lie in state at the church until time for the service. The family will be at the Allen Faulk residence near Cochran.
