                          Robert H. Holland Dies In Hospital

 Funeral services for Robert H. Holland, 54, who died in the Taylor Memorial 
Hospital, Hawkinsville, were held at 3:30 o'clock Wednesday, February 18th, at 
the Methodist Church in Cochran, with the Rev. A. Jason Shirah officiating. 
Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

 Mr. Holland served in World War I and II.

 He is survived by two sons, William A. of Cochran and Robert H. Jr. of 
Warrentown, Ga.; four grandchildren; six brothers, Ellis Sr., Julian, Willie, 
Jimmie, Semmie, and Shiby, all of Cochran.

 Pallbearers were J. B. Holland, Lester Williams, J. W. Mullis, Lonnie Purser, 
Johnnie Fordham, Jake Pittman, Lewis Purser, and Paul Bishop.

 Fisher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Robert was born 8 Aug 1898 to Robert J. Holland and Martha Purser Holland. His 
wife was Mary Louise Nobles Holland who is also buried in Cedar Hill.
