Johnny C. Howell was born 11-15-1908 and died 2-6-1970 and was buried on
2-8-1970 at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Bleckley County.

Cochran - Services for Johnny C. Howell, 61, of Cochran who died Friday in a
Hawkinsville hospital, will be held at 4 pm. Sunday at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

The Rev. Perry Bateman and the Rev. John Dye will officiate with burial in the
church cemetery.

Mr. Howell, a life-long resident of Cochran, was a retired painter who attended
the Nazarene Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mona L. Howell of Cochran; a son, Johnny Ray
Howell of Cochran; two daughters, Mrs. Johnny Adcox of Johnson City, Tenn, and
Mrs. Horbot Mathis of Chochran;  three brothers, Henry howell and Melton Howell,
both of Macon and Jimmy Howell of Danville; seven sisters Mrs. Harry Bosner,
Mrs. Eugene Mixon, Mrs. Beulah L. Kitchens and Mrs.Joe Meadows Jr. all of Macon;
Mrs. Bill Reiter of Pecton, Wash, Mrs. William Wilson of Douglasville and Mrs.
Idena Floyd of Cochran.

The body will be at Fisher Funeral Home until time for the services. The family
will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Horbot Mathis in Pinelevel subdivision.
