                         Daniel A. Mullis

 Funeral services for Daniel "Dan" A. Mullis, 46, of Route 3 Cochran, who died 
at his home Sunday morning, were held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the 
Union Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. James R. Burleson officiating. Burial 
was in the church cemetery.

 Mrs. Mullis was a lifelong resident of Bleckely County, a civil service 
employee of Robins AFB, a member of the Union Hill Baptist Church, and the 
Bleckley County Farm Bureau.

 Survivors are one son, Daniel L. Mullis of Cochran; his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. 
W. A. Mullis of Cochran; one brother, Jessie Mullis of Tampa, Fla.; and one 
sister, Mrs. John T. Smith of Tampa, Fla.

 The pallbearers were Mosie Bass, Obie Bass, Junior Bryan, Abie Gene Giddens, 
Harvey Dykes, and Gene Long.

 Mathis-Nobles Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.

Daniel was born 23 Apr 1926 to William Alps Mullis Jr. and Drucilla Skipper 
Mullis. Georgia death certificate #038617.
