Mullis, 86 of Cochran, who died Saturday, March 22, in Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville were held at 11am Monday March 25 in the chapel of Fisher Funeral Home with Dr. Reed Crumbliss and Elder Dan Bryant officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Mullis was a native of Bleckley County, the daughter of the late Daniel William and Winnie Dillard Skipper and the widow of W. A. Mullis. She was a self-employed seamtress and a homemaker. She was a member of Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Jean M. Smith of Cochran; one son, Jessie Mullis of Tampa, Fla; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tim Smith, Shawn Mullis, Shannon Mullis, Jason Huff, John Mullis, and Keith Young. Fisher Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Drucilla was born 14 Feb 1905.
