Charlotte Munday,will 
be held Saturday, 
August 28, 2010 @ 
11:00 A.M. in At age 
82, Mrs. Munday died 
Wednesday in the 
Bryant Nursing Center 
in Cochran. Funeral 
services will be held 
Saturday, August 28, 
2010, at 11:00 A.M.in 
the Court Street 
Baptist Church in 
Portsmouth, VA. 
Burial will be in the 
Olive Branch Cemetery 
in Portsmouth.
   Mrs. Munday was a 
native of and had 
lived most of her 
life in Portsmouth, 
VA. 
She was the daughter 
of the late Gerald S. 
and Pearl Jenkins 
Hale and the widow of 
Clarence L. Munday.  

She had one son, Don 
(Janet) Munday of 
Macon, GA; & one 
brother, Garland S. 
(Alice) Hale, Jr. of 
Portsmouth, VA, that 
she leaves behind. 

The family will greet 
friends from 7:00 
until 8:30 P.M. 
Friday at Sturtevant 
Funeral Home, 
Portsmouth Blvd. 
Chapel.
