Martin Lindy Smith, 71 
of Cochran who died 
Thursday will be held 
Saturday Aug. 17, 2019 6 
PM until 8 PM in the 
Chapel of Fisher Funeral 
Home. Lindy was born in 
Bleckley Co. the son of 
the late Martin Luther 
Smith and Callie Jane 
Etheridge Smith. He was 
a graduate of Dodge Co. 
High School Class of 
1965. He was retired 
from Crown Cork and Seal 
and was the owner of 
Lindy Smith Trailers.
Survivors are his wife 
Patricia Lucas Smith of 
Cochran; 3 children 
Robert (Rebecca) Smith 
of Brunswick, Brian 
Smith and Philip 
(Rhonda) Fordham both of 
Cochran; six 
grandchildren; 2 sisters 
Sue (Lee) Belflower of 
Cochran, Rhetta Jane 
(Marc) Shepard of 
Jonesboro; 2 brothers 
Charles (Donna) Smith of 
Cochran and Andy 
(Denise) Smith of 
Eatonton. In Lieu of 
flowers make donatons to 
your favorite charity.
