The photo is of men who met with Gov. Joe Brown for the bill signing at the 
State Capitol in Atlanta forming Bleckley County, Ga.The 5th man from the left 
on the 2nd row is J.B.(Buck) Hinson and the 7th man over is Gov. Brown. Date 
1912
 
J.B. Hinson was the brother of Fulton Hinson , both of Pulaski Co., Ga., my 
wife's gr grandpa.
