Holton of said State and County, and for the further consideration of the sum of Five (5) Dollars Cash to me in hand paid by the said Nancy Holton at and before the signing, sealing, and delivery of these presents the receipt of which Five (5) Dollars is hereby acknowledged by me, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Nancy Holton her heirs and assigns to the said Nancy Holton and her husband Wm T. Holton their life time and at their death to their surviving heirs, the following described land to wit: The North West half of lot of land number One hundred and Sixty Nine (169) in the Fifteenth (15) District of said County of Brooks, excepting Fifty (50) acres of land deeded to Capt. H.G. Turner on the South Thirty (30) acres to Mary A.Holton on the East side of the dividing line of said lot of land between the said Nancy Holton and Mary A. Holton and Thirty (30) acres for myself in the South East corner of said parcel of land hereby sold and conveyed to the said Nancy Holton, Said Thirty (30) acres of land hereby reserved for my own use to revert or go to the said Nancy and her husband Wm T. Holton and their heirs at my death and the death of the said Nancy and Wm T. Holton and also reserving Five acres of land for my own use and benefit my natural life. Said Five acres of land in a square around the houses now occupied by P.J. Messer, Said Five (5) acres of land to revert or go to the said Nancy and Wm T. Holton as long as they live and then to their bodily heirs at my death. And I also reserve from said land hereby sold and conveyed to the said Nancy Holton as much timber as I may see fit and proper to use for fencing and building purposes on said lands which I have reserved, Said land which I do hereby sell and convey unto the said Nancy Holton is described and bounded as follows, On the North by the land of Mrs. O.M. Blalock, on the West by the lands of the said Mrs. O.M. Blalock and Cherry and Dary Aiken, on the South by the land of Capt H.G. Turner, and on the East by the land of Mrs. Mary A. Holton, Said land thus described and bounded amounts to One Hundred and Thirty (130) acres more or less together with all the privileges thereto in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold to the above granted land or premises to the said Nancy Holton and her husband Wm T. Holton their natural lives and at their death to their bodily heirs in fee Simple, And I the said Elizabeth Triplett will and my heirs executors and administrators shall the said land and premises to the said Nancy Holton and William T. Holton their natural heirs and their heirs after their death, forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of all persons whatever.
