Mr John FINLAYSON died Saturday at Asheville, Florida.  He was the oldest son of
the late Col John FINLAYSON and Mrs J L FINLAYSON.  He is survived by his mother
and two sisters:  Mrs C A PETERS of Miami and Mrs James DOWLING of Live Oak; and
three brothers:  Hines FINLAYSON of Ashville, D A FINLAYSON of Chicago and Edwin
FINLAYSON.  He is also survived by his wife who was Miss SELPH and four children.
