Mrs. Mary C. Harris, born in 1857 at Quitman, GA, died at Palatka, FL.
2/28/1929. She is  buried at Brooksville Cemetery in Brooksville, Hernando
County, Florida.  She was a member of the Church of God.  Survived by
daughters, Mrs. A. M. Steen, Mrs. George Clark and Mrs. Martha Rogero, a son
John Winters, a sister Mrs. W. E. Grimsley, and a brother John Joyce.
