GEORGIA, THOMAS COUNTY
To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge, or Justice of the Peace:
You are hereby authorized to join JOHN W. DUKES and LULA HUMPHRIES in the Holy 
State of Matrimony, if they are such persons as are by law authorized to 
marry, and this shall be your License for so doing; and you are required to 
return to me this License, together with the accompanying Certificate properly 
certified to as to the facts, and date of said marriage.
Given under my hand and official signature, this 4th day of January 1893.

I Hereby Certify that JOHN W. DUKES  and LULA HUMPHRIES were this day duly
