Nancy Holton to William T. Holton
State of Georgia}   Last will and Testament of Nancy Holton
County of Brooks} 

1st  I, Nancy Holton of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind 
and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills 
heretofore made by me.
Item 1st  I give to my beloved husband Wm T. Holton the following property to 
wit:  Sixty five acres of land in the North West corner of lot of land number 
One Hundred and Sixty Nine (169) in the Fifteenth (15) District of said County 
of Brooks bounded as follows  on the East by lands of Mary A. Holton  on the 
South by the Georgia and Florida line  on the West by lands of Cherry Aiken and 
Mrs. O.M. Blalock and on the North by lands of Miss C.R. Blalock  with all the 
rights and privileges thereto during his natural life, and at his death said 
land to revert back and be equally divided between the heirs of my body.
Item 2nd  I do hereby appoint J.E. Cook executor of this my will and as 
compensation for his services  give him 2 1/2  Two and one half % on the value 
of the property willed to my beloved husband Wm T. Holton said amount to be 
paid by the said Wm T. Holton.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 8th day of August 1899

Signed and published by Nancy Holton as her last will and testament in the 
presents of the undersigned who subscribed our names hereto as witnesses at the 
instance and request of said testator and in her presence and in the presence 
of each other this the 8th day of August 1899
