Fort Stewart Cemetery Number 43, located in Area A-1.
Land Acquisition Tract Number: 801. Acreage:.18. Former
Property Owner: Mrs. L. D. Todd Cemetery. Map Grid
Coordinates - Vertical: 35.6, Horizontal: 63.8. East on
GA-144 toward Richmond Hill to FS-56. Right on FS-56 to
cemetery on left (on west center edge of Taro Stage
Field DZ).

Survey made 6/9/90 by Wyman May, Charles Zoucks and
Johnny Zoucks.

Mrs. L. D. Todd’s maiden name was Georgia Augusta
Hines, daughter of Thomas Alfred Hines, and
granddaughter of Lewis Hines. Georgia married Lorenzo
Dow Todd.

2               Durham, Martha J., Oct 8, 1838-Jun 21, 1897.


Both of the following markers were together and both
were broken.

3               In Memory Of Eliza Mann, daughter of
Ferdinand & Mary A. O’Neal who died March 1820 in her
32nd year.

Sacred to the Memory of Thomas Mann, Esqr., who
departed this life Feb 18, 1836 in the 55th year of his
age.

4               Granite Monument In Memory Of Lewis
Hines, Ann Mariah Mann and Their Children, Pioneers of
Bryan County, Georgia, 1800-1936.
