Accidents by Fire

We learn that the daughter of Mr. Edmund Kennedy, of Bryan county, a young 
lady of about 16 years of age, was so badly burned by her clothes taking fire 
that she is not expected to survive.
We hear also that Mr. Charles Groover, of Bulloch county had a child so badly 
burned as to cause its death.
Mrs. Parker, an old lady in Scriven county, was burned to death by her clothes 
taking fire.
We are informed of a colored girl in Effingham county was also burned to death 
in the same way last week.
A child of Eliza Floyd, near this city was badly burned yesterday by its 
clothes taking fire.
The Augusta Constitutional of yesterday mentions that a free colored child 
about three years old whose mother is of the Kelly family of free negroes, was 
burned to death in that city on Saturday afternoon last.
