NICHOLS as securities are held and firmly bound unto THOMAS ALDERMAN, Guardian for said HENRY PARRISH in the full sum of four (sic) Hundred Dollars. The above obligation is conditioned as follows: the said Henry Parrish being a minor and wishing to control his own affairs. Now should he never demand and money or other property from said Alderman when he arrives at the full age of Twenty One then the above obligation to be void else of full force, Sept. 6th 1869.
