1888, March 30--- This Indenture made between Robert Akins unto W.J. Hodges, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $63 dollars 
hath granted, bargined, sold and conveyed all that tract or lot of land 
situated and bounded on the North and West by the said W.J. Hodges, South by 
Waters of
G.B. Barnes Mill Pond and on the East by Robert Akins containing 18 acres in 
the 1709th District GM.
