1891, August 26--- This Indenture made between John Allen Jr. unto H.E. Carr & 
Bros. 
(H.E. Carr & J.A. Carr), all of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of 
the sum of $15 Dollars, have granted, sold & conveyed & do grant, sell & convey 
all that tract of land in the 1209th G.M. District containing 3 1/3 acres 
bounded as follows; North by John Allen Jr., East by H.A. Riggs old place
(now owned by W.W. Olliff), South by H.A. Riggs old place, West by the old 
Riggs Mill Pond
(now held by J.E. Groover).
