1893, October 23 --- This Indenture made between John Allen, Jr. unto W.J.
Underwood, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the promises and
for the sum of $600 Dollars does bargain, sell and convey all that Western part
or half of said tract containing 112 acres bounded North by lands of H____ Riggs
and Fuller Proctor, East by R. Simmons, South by the Estate of W.W. Olliff and
West by Mill Pond of A.J. Kennedy.
