Akins, Roach Akins, Joshua Akins and Daniel Akins, all of Bulloch County. Do grant, sell & convey that the following property is to be held in trust for our family graveyard, to wit: that lot or tract of land lying and being in the 1209th GM District in Bulloch County, wherein our family graveyard is now located containing 1 acre, also a right of way to said graveyard from the public road known as the Statesboro and Reidsville Road and from the residence of Malachi Akins and lot of land bounded on the North and South by Solomon Akins and Malachi Akins, on the East by Solomon Akins and on the West by Malachi Akins, said lot being more fully described by a plat hereto annexed. That said land shall never be used for any purpose except burial place for ourselves and our families and their 4 children and their families and such other as they may consent to be buried therein.
