1889, January 3--- This Indenture made between Benjamin Atwood unto J.W. 
Atwood, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $500 
Dollars, has granted and conveyed all that tract or parcel of land situate, 
lying and being in the 45th Dist. GM and bounded as follows; North and South by 
Benjamin Atwood, East by Benjamin Atwood, their line being the high water mark 
of the mill pond and West by lands of J.B. Bowen and Remer Dikle, containing 
143 acres.
