Indenture between James Brantley and Benjamin Richardson 14 Jan 1805 DEED BOOK A, PAGE 89 This indenture made the fourteenth day of January in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and five and in the twenty ninth year of the American Independence Between James Brantley, planter of the State of Georgia and County of Bulloch of the one part and Benjamin Richardson planter of the State and County aforesaid of the Other Part _________ that the said James Brantley for and in consideration of the Sum of twenty dollars to have in hand paid by the said Benjamin Richardson the Receipt whereof the said James Brantley doth hereby ack- nowledge and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell two hundred acres of land lying on Scull Creek in said County butting and bordering on all sides by Vacant Land at the time of Survey Improvements, commodities, advantages, _________ _____ ______ and appurtances whatsoever to the said land aforementioned belonging or in any wise appartaining.
