1209th GMD-Water Mill

1887, February 14--- This Indenture made between Green B. Barnes of Bulloch 
County unto William W. Gordon, Francis D. Bloodworth and Beirne Gordon, co-
partners doing business in the City of Savannah, Georgia under the firm name of 
W.W. Gordon & Co.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1 dollar and the 
better securing  the faithful payment of the debt the said Green B. Barnes 
justly owes W.W. Gordon & Co., convey and confirm all that tract lying in the 
1209th District G.M., Bulloch County containing 266 acres, part of a survey 
originally granted  Samuel L. Moore, bounded North by Robert Akins, East by 
Mrs. Rebecca Dixon, South by George F. Emmit and West by W.H. Woodrum.  Also 
all the machinery contained in a Water Mill on that place, being the place 
where said G.B. Barnes now resides.

The note having been paid, mortgage hereby cancelled   January 19, 1888
