1887, September 8--- This Indenture made between David Beasley unto Kiza Hall, 
both of Bulloch County.
For and in consideration of the sum of $200 dollars does sell & convey a 
certain tract of land bounded North by W.H. DeLoach, South by David Beasley and 
James H. Wilkinson, West by Wiley Lewis, East by the Mill tract, containing 125 
acres.
