1891, October 12--- this Indenture made between Mrs. Emeline Beasley unto Unoch 
Beasley, W.W. Beasley and J.S. Beasley, all of Bulloch County.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $15 Dollars does let 1 acre of land being whereon 
the said parties of the second part, to wit: Enoch Beasley, W.W. Beasley and 
J.S. Beasley have now a grist mill and gin, to have and to hold the said 1 acre 
of land for the purpose of operating said mill and gin, so long as either of 
them have an interest in said mill and gin.
