1895, August 31--- This Indenture made between David Beasley unto Kisiah A. 
Hall, both of Bulloch County, Georgia. For and in consideration of the natural 
love and affection he has for his daughter, hereby convey to said Kisiah A. 
Hall, and her children and assigns at the death of said father, David Beasley, 
a part of an original survey of land lying on the Excelsior Road leading from 
DeLoachs mill  to Excelsior in the 44th District GM, being the South end of 
said original survey bounded on the East by Brooks Anderson, South by H.B. 
Williamson, West by Dowry of Nancy E. DeLoach and North by David Beasley 
containing 59 acres.
