1895, October 23 --- This Indenture made between  David Beasley unto W.S. 
Anderson, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $25 
dollars hath granted water privileges to a mill and lands lying in the 44th 
District GM of Bulloch County, lying on the South side of Scotts Creek and 
earth to make a dam to hold water on said land to constitute a pond of water 
for a mill, the privilege of backing water for said mill about 12 feet.
