1896, December 26 --- This Indenture made between David Beasley unto Kissiah 
Hall, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration , that the said Kissiah 
Hall being my daughter and her husband Sidney L. Hall is to reunion with one 
David Beasley during life and for the natural love I have for them. I hereby 
give, grant and convey all that tract or parcel of land lying and bounded as 
follows; North by Scotts Creek , West by James Lewis, South by Kissiah Hall, 
East by John G. DeLoach containing 145 acres together with all the rights and 
privileges hereunto belonging forever in fee simple.
