Mollie Bird- mill dam

1894, April 10--- This Indenture made between Josiah Bird, John Bird, William 
M. Bird and Nancy Mercer, Teresa Bird unto Mollie Bird, all of Bulloch County.  
For and in consideration of the sum of $100 Dollars, sold, convey and confirm 
the following property, to wit: that parcel of land situate in the 45th Dist. 
GM of Bulloch County, bounded on the North by G.M. Lee, in the East by H.C. 
Lee, on the South by H.C. Lee, on the West by H.C. Lee, containing 1 acre and 
the mill dam and all the land that can be covered by water by the mill and as 
much dirt as is necessary to keep the dam in order from the West side of the 
mill.
