1885, October 9--- This Indenture made between Michael Bland unto William C. 
Harrell, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $300 
dollars, doth grant, bargain, sell and convey all that parcel of land lying in 
the 45th district G.M., commencing at James L. Price’s corner on the road, from 
thence, a straight line to the head of the Bay and to run up the Mill Pond  to 
William Brannen’s land, North  and NorthWest by lands of William Brannen and 
due North by James L. Price and on the South by the Mill Pond up to high water 
mark, containing 200 acres.
