Blitch, Horace S. Blitch, Ruth J. Blitch and James Y. Blitch, Widow and children of John G. Blitch late of Bulloch County, deceased unto William Homer Blitch. Ruth J. Blitch being a resident of Bryan County and the other parties being residents of Bulloch County. For and in consideration of the sum of $5500 dollars, do grant bargin sell align release and convey all the following described property and rights to wit; First- the toll bridge across the Great Ogeechee River near Ogeechee on the Central Railroad of Georgia and lying partly in Bulloch and partly in Screven and licensed in both counties and known as Blitches Toll Bridge and the incomes and profits of the said toll bridge from and after the day of the date of these presents and all the rights, licenses easements and privileges belonging to the said Toll Bridge, the same to be kept up and the charter to be renewed now for said bridge is included herein. Second- a tract of land lying in Bulloch County bounded by the Ogeechee River, W.W. Coleman, William P. Donaldson and road known as the Savannah or Sandersville Road and called the “Coleman land” containing 200 acres Third- a lot lying in Bulloch County on both sides of the public road called the “Statesboro and No. 6 Road” bounded by William P. Donaldson and W.H. Blitch containing 6 acres. Fourth- a lot lying in Bulloch County bounded North by W.W. Coleman, East by William and Quitana Souch and West by W.H.
