G.B. Barnes Mill pond

1895, April 2--- This Indenture made between W.H. Blitch unto Mrs. Mittie 
Barnes, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $96 
dollars, assigns all the right & title to a certain tract of land situate & 
bounded by lands of George F. Emmitt Estate, G.B. Barns and W.H. Blitch 
containing 48 acres more fully appeared by reference to a plat & survey made by 
S.H. Moore, Jr., March 18, 1895 and the said W.G. Blitch for and in 
consideration of the sum of $1 dollar to him in hand paid dies hereby release & 
forever quit claim unto said Mrs. Mittie Barnes all the right & title he, the 
said W.H. Blitch in & to all the land contained in the G.B. Barnes Mill pond 
which was conveyed to hum by Sheriffs deed, May 1, 1894. The said land lying on 
the North side of the line designated edge of mill pond in a plat of survey of 
185 acres made by S.N. Moore, Jr. for said W.H. Blitch.
