Blitch-debts 2 1897, January 16 --- This is to show and authorize that I, W.H. Blitch of Bulloch County agrees for E.A. Neil of Chatham County to convey and quit claim to John W. Olliff of Bulloch County the following property which was conveyed in a deed made by the said W.H. Blitch to the said E.A. Neil on May 11, 1895 [Vol. 2, folio 396] as security for cerain debts. That certain property specified in said deed was ro be released to wit: A certain toll bridge across the Ogeechee River near Ogeechee on the Central Railroad of Georgia and known as “Blitch’s Toll Bridge”. Also, all that tract of land lying and bounded by the Ogeechee River, lands of W.W. Coleman, Wm. P. Donaldson and the road known as the Savannah or Sandersville Road and called the Coleman land containing 200 acres. Also, that lot of land lying on both sides of the public road called the Statesboro and No. 6 Road bounded by Wm. P. Donaldson and said Blitch containing 6 acres. Also, that tract containing 4 acres in the town of Blitch in the 46th District GM of Bulloch County bounded on the West by a public road running from Statesboro in said county to Blitch’s Bridge near Ogeechee, a station on the Central Railroad, the other boundaries, North partly by land known as “John G. Blitch Store Lot” and partly by Wm. P. Donaldson, East and South by Wm. P. Donaldson, nearly a square excepting 2 acres off the Eastern portion, heretofore sold to Wm. P. Donaldson . Also, that tract being in Bulloch County containing 5 acres cut from the Northwest corner of lands of Wm. P. Donaldson, bounded North by Estate of John G. Blitch, East and South by W.P. Donaldson and West by W.H. Blitch. Also, that tract situated in the 46th District GM bounded Southwest by Mathew Donaldson and W.C. Brown, Southwest by Wm. P. Donaldson and said W.H. Blitch Store tract and North and Northeast by the Great Ogeechee River and Mill Creek containing 480 acres excepting from said tract, 2 places, one containing 5 acres and the other one _______ sold by said Blitch. Also, all that parcel being in the 46th District GM of Bulloch County containing 75 acres and bounded as follows; North and East by said W.H. Blitch, South by James Donaldson and West by J.F. Brown. Also, all that certain parcel being in the 46th District GM of Bulloch Country containing 527 acres and bounded Northwest by Nevils Creek and lands of Mrs. L.M. Blitch, Southeast by said W.H. Blitch, Southeast by James Donaldson, Southwest by James F. Brown. Witnesses: W.H. Blitch John Coleman S.S.
