2 saw mills & a grist mill

1794, December 12--- To all people, I Oliver Bowen in the County of Providence, 
State of Rhode Island, for and in consideration of the sum of 500 pounds, paid 
by Jabez Bowen of the same place assigns forever, several tracts of land lying 
as follows;
One equal and undivided third part of a tract of 144 acres and another tract of 
1200 acres (conveyed by me, the said Oliver Bowen to the said Jabez, 444 acres 
was granted me by the State of Georgia.
Also, another one third containing 1000 acres granted originally to John Morell 
and lies Eastwardly of said tract of 1300 acres conveyed by my deed this date 
to said Zabez Bowen.
Also one equal and undivided third part of one other tract of 1000 acres to be 
run by Peter Henry Morell and John Morell.

1794, December 12--- To all people, I Oliver Bowen now residing in Providence, 
County of Providence, State of Rhode I land, that I, said Oliver Bowen in 
consideration of 500 pounds by Jabez Bowen of the same place, have given, 
conveyed and confirmed several tracts of land in the State of georgia, to wit;
One equal and undivided third part of land containing 1300 acres lying in the 
Countyt of Effingham, together with the third part of 2 Saw Mills & a Grist 
Mill including  a complete set of mill irons for 2 saw2s. Said land was 
conveyed to the said Oliver Bowen by Nathaniel Hudson, Sheriff of Effingham 
County.
Also, one equal and undivided third part of one other tract, granted me by the 
State of Georgia.
