1880, November 2--- This Indenture made between James E. Bowen unto William 
Homer Blitch, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$5. Dollars, sell, align and convey all that tract or parcel of land lying in 
the 1209 District GM, adjoining on the North by William Hodges, East by lands 
of the Estate of Benjamin Ellis (dec.), South and West by John E. Groover, 
together with ½ interest in Water Mill  thereto attached, including saw and 
grist irons, gearing and all appendences. [more information as to additional 
payments]
