1881, January 11--- This Indenture made between James E, Bowen unto A.J. 
Wilson, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1200 
dollars, doth sell & convey all that tract of land situate in the 1209th GM 
District containing 250 acres, bounded on the North by William Hodges, East by 
the Estate of Benjamin Ellis, South by M.W. Cowart and D.L. Rigdon and on the 
West by John E. Groover, together with ½ interest in Water Mill thereto 
attached including saw and Grist, gears, gins and all appurtences.
