1883, December 2 --- This Indenture made between Susan Bowen, Elisby  J. Bowen, 
Alfred J. Bowen, Nancy A. Phillips, Rebecca E. Warnock and Margaret E. Bowen 
unto Silas E. Bowen and William P. Bowen, all of Bulloch County.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $200 dollars hath granted, sold and conveyed all 
the tract or parcel of land lying and being in Bulloch County on Big Lotts 
Creek and in the
44th GMD containing 75 acres, bounded S. and W. by lands of John B. Rushing, N. 
& E. by lands of Charley Pretorious.
