Lotts Creek-Riggs Bridge & Mill

1857, July 9--- This Indenture made between William Brannen unto A.B. Riggs, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $100 dollars, 
may overflow with water or damage with mill water by making a dam across Giant  
Lotts Creek at or near the Riggs Bridge  for the purpose of a Mill on 100 acres 
bounded for the S. side by Giant Lotts Creek and E. by said A.B. Riggs and N. & 
W. by said Brannen.
