1889, November 8---  Know all Men by these presents that I, William H. BRANNEN, 
duly constituted Administrator for the Estate, both real and personal of 
William A. BRANNEN, late of Bulloch County, deceased, by virtue of an order of 
the Court of Ordinary of Bulloch County, establish for sale at public outcry, 
was knocked off to John DEAL of Bulloch County as the highest and best bidder 
at $200 dollars.  I, the said Admr. have sold and do by these presents grant, 
bargain and sell unto the said John DEAL the following described real estate to 
wit; (All that tract of land lying in the 47th District G.M. containing 800 
acres and bounded by lands of J.N. LEE on the Northeast, by Iric, South by run 
of Black Creek and West by John DEAL, the same being all the land on the West 
side of Iric Creek belonging to the Estate of William A. BRANNEN, except the 
water privilege for mill pond purposes dam).
