1870, February 7 --- This Indenture made between William Brannen, Sr. unto 
Elliu Lee and heirs of Mungan Lee deceased, all of Bulloch County.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $1400 dollars, granted, sold and conveyed all that 
parcel of land containing 980 acres, except all water privileges in and about 
the Fred Lanier ole mill in Big Lotts Creek in the Bay, bounded more freely 
shown by reference to a plat made by M. Lanier, January 13, 1868.
