Kerby Branch-fords & “Old Mill Homestead”

1885, July __ --- This Indenture made between Rachael Brannen unto John Olliff, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $225 dollars, 
convey all that parcel of land lying in the 1209th District GM of Bulloch 
County and bounded on the North by John Olliff, on the East by John Olliff to 
the ford  of Kerby Branch on or at the ford of branch leading from John 
Olliff’s to Benjamin Wilson, from that ford of Kerby Branch, the branch to be 
the line down to the old mill line known as Old Mill Homestead and from the run 
of the branch to the point due North to the point at the road leading from the 
old mill to the ford on Kerby Branch and from where it strikes the road, the 
line to the corner of G.M. Proctor, containing 225 acres.
