1868, January 15--- Know all men, that I, Washington Brown of Bulloch County, 
for and in consideration of the Love and Affection which I bear unto Fellowship 
Church and the Trustees; Barber Cone, Aaron Cone, John Grimes and Stephen 
Thorne, one certain piece of land lying and situated around with the meeting 
house thereon standing from the term of as many years as the church or people 
of the neighborhood keep up preaching or meetings.  The house has been built 
for the church if there should be a division in the church between the white 
and the colored, then the whites are to hold the church and the privilege of 3 
acres of land.  When the church shall be done with meeting, then it shall 
revert back to me or my heirs.
