1886, February__---This Indenture made between Sarah Tabitha Brown of Effingham 
County unto Newnan M. Wright of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of 
the sum of $300 dollars, sold and conveyed all that tract of land known as Lot 
No. 7 of the Estate of John M. Wright lying between Big Cany and Little Cany 
Branches and bounded by lots Nos. 4,5, and 6 and land of Anna Groover, Estate 
of John C. Davis and Jesse Martin, containing 151 acres.
