1889, June 27--- This Indenture made between John Brown unto Anna Weight, both 
parties of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the natural love and 
affection which he has and bears unto his
Daughter, the said Anna Wright as well as for the sum of $1500 dollars, sell 
and convey all that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being on the 
Great  Ogeechee River  and known as my “ Joe Cone Place”
Containing 852 acres and bounded as follows, to wit: on the East of the 
Ogeechee River, on the South by Wood & Co. known as the “Barber Cone Place” on 
the West by J.G. Cone and on the North by George J.M and William McElveen.
