fishing privilege

1897, October 5---This Indenture made between W.H. Buie unto J.W. Atwood, both
of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $391 dollars, all the
following described property, to-wit; a certain tract of land lying in the 45th
GMD of Bulloch County, bounded on the North by E.B. Mosley, Southeast by K____
Williams and R. Dikee, Southwest by J.W. Atwood and B.J. Atwood  containing 153
acres.
It is understood that the heirs of the said Benjamin Atwood (dec.) is to have
the privilege of fishing with hook and lines and gill nets in the Mill Pond on
the above land.
