1899, October 2--- This Indenture made between David Buie unto H.L. Croft and
others as Trustees of Sardus Church.  For and in consideration  of the sum of $5
dollars all the following described property,
to-wit; 1 ¼ acres on the South, West and East by A.F.B. Hendrix, East by Mathew
Hendrix and David Buie, South by David Buie and West by David Buie, said land
lying in the 1320th G.M. District of Bulloch County.
	And it is hereby expressly stated that whenever the above conveyed premises
shall no longer be used for church purposes, the same us ti revert back to the
said David Buie or his estate.
